Course Description
After refurbishment carried out in 2006, which was a significant transformation of the tour, today Don Cayo Golf Club stands out because even having only 9 holes, the player can enjoy a round of 18 holes.
Creating multiple sets of tees on each hole, allowing his 9-hole configuration in two completely different turns and so players can enjoy a more entertaining and engaging way. Don Cayo is an attractive and entertaining course, maintaining its previous beauty and charm, signature holes are the 3rd hole, for its sea views, and the 7th hole with views of the mountains surrounding the Marina Baixa.

We played this 9-hole course in May for a week. If you want to play 18 holes, so in the second round are the discounts offset (further back or forward), so it does not get boring. The course is somewhat hilly, but not overly strenuous. There are some bunkers, no water hazards, partly you have to “blind” play. Place in good condition. A minus is the driving range, Driver / Woods prohibited narrow 5 tee boxes. Outstanding is the kitchen of the club, visual and a culinary highlight, Chapeau! We would / will play this course again
