Course Description

The Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort has an 18 hole golf course, in operation since 1988. The course was inaugurated by HRH D. Juan de Borbon, Conde de Barcelona, in whose honour is held annually, the tournament that bears his name. Sitting between two valleys interconnected with each other and surrounded by small hills that protect it from wind, it enjoys a special microclimate that makes it possible to practice golf at any time of year.

Editors View: “I have played Campoamor Golf on a number of occasions. The front 9 and back 9 play like different courses. The front 9 is parkland like, whereas the back 9, in my view, presents a tougher challenge. The par 4 11th is potentially a card wrecker for big hitters who might be tempted to try and drive the green – don’t, trust me!”

Course was in excellent condition, probably the hardest course we played all week certainly the longest but fair with no blind shots. A good course for the big hitters in the party.

Great club house with beautiful views of the sea. An old place with big trees. Green and tee boxes could tolerate more care. Price performance is OK.
